We are not asking you to change your entire diet immediately. Dietary Transitions are intended to help you develop new lifestyle habits, specifically around the area of what you eat. Please do not feel overwhelmed as you make these changes. We are asking you to take steps towards a better diet. Each dietary transition step has special things we want you to add as well as eliminate. The main focus for now is eating healthy meats from properly fed animals, organically grown vegetables, following your dietary transitions, and taking your supplements.
