1.) When you do cook, make large portions so that you have left-overs for multiple meals.

2.) Pre-planning is key.  It can be very efficient to pick one day, say Sunday, and prepare many meals and pre-cut vegetables, etc. so that you avoid having to do it during the week.

3.) For breakfast specifically you can try making “egg muffins” and cook enough for grab-and-go for the whole week.

4.) Crock-pot meals are a huge time-saver.  You can set the timer in the morning and dinner is ready when you get home from work.
