Grilled, broiled, smoked and sauteed are all acceptable forms of cooking.  If you are going to fry (sautee) then make sure that you use coconut oil, olive oil (low heat), butter or ghee, or avocado oil.  Avoid using vegetable oil, canola oil, safflower oil, seed oils, or peanut oil as these are often times genetically modified organisms (GMO).
